Refund policy

We Get It, Sometimes You Change Your Mind.

We make thick, premium paint. But if you’ve changed your mind and haven’t cracked the can open yet, we’ve got your back.

Returns

You can return paint within 30 days of delivery as long as:

  • It’s unopened
  • It’s in the original packaging
  • You didn’t try to colour match your wall, hate it, then seal it back up (we’ll know)

To start a return, email us at hello@formapaint.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Ordered Grapes of Wrath but meant to grab After Dark? No problem.

We’ll exchange your colour if:

  • The can is still sealed and unopened
  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • You cover the return shipping

Once we receive the original can back in good condition, we’ll send out your replacement.

Damaged or Wrong Order?

That’s on us, and we’ll fix it fast.

If your paint arrives damaged, leaking, or the wrong colour entirely, email us at hello@formapaint.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description (no essays needed)

We’ll send out a replacement or issue a refund, no drama.

Refunds

Once we get your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Heads up:
 We don’t refund shipping fees unless it’s our fault.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened paint cans
  • Custom or special orders (unless damaged)
  • Items returned beyond 30 days
